Please note: FedEx / UPS does not deliver on weekends. Backordered items are shipped as they become available at no additional cost. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Can I track my order?
By using Google Checkout to make purchases on NailLacquerSalon.com, your purchase history for such purchases will be maintained solely in your Google Checkout account. Your purchase history for such purchases will not be maintained by NailLacquerSalon.com. All purchase history that you may have with NailLacquerSalon.com prior to using Google Checkout or with respect to purchases that you make without using Google Checkout will be maintained in your My Account at NailLacquerSalon.com.

When will my order be shipped?
Nail Lacquer Salon usually ships in stock items in one to two business days, excluding holidays.

What is Nail Lacquer Salon return policy?
Although we have a demanding return policy, we only sell first quality non defective items and we do not resell our customer returned products. However, our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at NailLacquerSalon.com will meet your standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached in its original state. Please notify us within five (5) calendar days after the receipt of your order. Please note: Shipping fees are not refundable.

How do I return something?
Please fill out the appropriate portion of the form and indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. We will then process your return/exchange and then notify you with the results of our evaluation.

Who pays for return shipping?
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within fourteen (14) business days after the approval of your return. Please allow up to three billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, there is no charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
